PRN PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the following job duties: Screen prescription orders for accuracy and completeness Prepare prescriptions: retrieve, count, pour, measure, etc. Perform calculations Perform medication reconciliation Use technology to help maintain accurate patient records, prepare and package medications, and place orders Demonstrate empathy and active listening during patient encounters Must have outstanding customer service skills and work well under pressure Clearly understand HIPAA guidelines and ensure guidelines are followed in all situations Strong ability to multi task Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
