Operations Analyst

We are seeking an Analyst to join the Commercial Operations team. This role is focused on delivering impactful commercial insights, reporting, forecasting, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with commercial analytics, forecasting, KPI reporting, and data visualization tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Einstein Analytics. Responsibilities Deliver impactful, commercially focused insights and reporting to support business decision-making Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide account, segmentation, product, and performance reporting Perform pipeline and forecasting analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and trends Analyze structured and unstructured data sources to develop new insight solutions and reporting capabilities Utilize Salesforce, Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, Excel, and other BI tools to model data and identify key drivers and trends Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights through dashboards, presentations, and reporting Build and enhance reporting solutions from scratch to support business objectives and operational efficiencies Support automation initiatives and process improvements to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy Track KPIs and commercial performance metrics to drive productivity and revenue growth Collaborate with business units to promote best practices, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives Support marketing and commercial initiatives through performance analysis and insight generation Qualifications 5+ years of analytical, operational, commercial, or forecasting experience Strong commercial forecasting and pipeline analysis experience Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, Einstein Analytics, BI tools, and advanced Excel Proven ability to build reporting solutions and dashboards from scratch Strong understanding of KPIs, trend analysis, forecasting models, and commercial reporting Experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets to create actionable business insights Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset Ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvement initiatives Growth mindset with a strong interest in continuous learning and development #J-18808-Ljbffr Phyton Talent Advisors
