Extrusion Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion lines used to produce polyethylene film and flexible packaging materials. Daily responsibilities include setting up the machine, loading resin, threading film, adjusting temperatures and line speeds, and ensuring the extrusion process runs safely and efficiently. You will inspect film quality throughout the shift, identify defects, and make minor mechanical adjustments to maintain consistent product standards.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate has previous experience in plastics extrusion or industrial machine operation and is comfortable completing production paperwork, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
