• Monday-Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• 8-Hour Shifts
• No Call
• No Rounding or Admissions
• May Consider 2 Locum Providers Working Opposite Schedules, With 1 Covering Inpatient and 1 Covering Outpatient Needs

• Young Adult Through Geriatric Patients
• Approximately 8-10 Patients Per Day
• 450-Bed Hospital

• Provide Imaging / Radiology APP Coverage
• Provide Inpatient and Outpatient Imaging Services
• Perform Required Fluoroscopic Imaging Procedures
• Modified Barium Swallow Procedures Performed Alongside Another Provider

• Esophagram
• Upper GI
• Upper GI Small Bowel Follow-Through
• Modified Barium Swallow
• Barium Enema, Single Contrast - Preferred
• Barium Enema With Air - Preferred

• Inpatient and Outpatient Hospital Setting
• Provider Will Not Work Solo
• Speech Pathology Support for Modified Barium Swallow Procedures
• Epic EMR

• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Imaging / Radiology - Required
• Washington License Not Currently Required at Submission
• Candidates Requiring Washington Licensure May Be Considered
• Licensure Requirements May Change if an Expedited Start Becomes Necessary
• BLS - Required
• BLS Must Be From AHA or American Red Cross as Applicable
• Epic Experience - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions

• Must Provide Documentation of at Least 100 Patients From the Previous 24 Months Representative of the Privileges Requested
• Case List Must Include Diagnosis or Procedure, Date, and Facility Where Performed

• Standard Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
• Full Credentialing and Payer Enrollment Required
