Change Management Specialist

24 month contract Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN Hybrid onsite role W2 Only

Requirements:

7+ years experience within Change Management, System Design or Organization Change projects
The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing change initiatives to Proven experience within the support of organizational transformation.
Experience working closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, with a focus on minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption of new processes or systems.
Experience with business process design and re-engineering.
Knowledge of banking industry operations, systems, and regulatory considerations.

Ideal to have:

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)). Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in financial services.
