Lead, plan, and coordinate land surveying projects from start to finish. Direct project teams and mentor junior survey staff. Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and communicate changes with clients. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill contract requirements. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience with project leadership. Licensed as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida or ability to obtain within 1 year. Strong knowledge of modern surveying techniques and software.
