About Us

We are an established North Carolina sign company expanding our presence in the Raleigh market. We design, manufacture, permit, and install high-quality commercial signage including channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, cabinet signs, ADA signage, vehicle graphics, and interior branding. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping businesses improve their visibility.

Position Summary

The Commercial Sign Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, developing long-term client relationships, and managing sign projects from the initial meeting through contract award. This is primarily an outside sales position requiring face-to-face meetings with business owners, property managers, contractors, developers, architects, and franchise operators throughout the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
• Meet with business owners and decision makers
• Identify opportunities for new signs, rebranding, and sign replacement
• Prepare quotations and presentations
• Coordinate with our design, permitting, production, and installation teams
• Conduct site surveys and gather project information
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Build relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, franchise groups, and commercial real estate professionals
• Attend networking events and local business functions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout each project

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (commercial construction or signage experience preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to develop new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills, Adobe products preferred

Experience selling any of the following is a plus:

• Commercial signage
• Construction services
• Architectural products
• Building materials
• Commercial printing
• Lighting or electrical services
• Commercial real estate services

Compensation & Benefits
