Job Overview

While your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. This structure allows them to concentrate on the aspects that are most important to you. Our organization has teams focused solely on housing, travel arrangements, credentialing, licensing, and much more, ensuring we meet your needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Work a 7 on/7 off schedule from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Manage a daily patient load of 10-12, including 1-2 consults.
• Provide coverage for an inpatient adult psychiatry unit.
• Receive support from midlevel providers with psychiatrist backup.
• Conduct consults in the emergency department and on medical floors.
• Assist in the recruitment of permanent psychiatrists.
• Participate in probate court coverage, including court hearings.
• Attend treatment team meetings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10 AM.
