Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Qualifications: • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Experience in the food service industry. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Compensation: $12 - $16 per hour
