This role supports team members, ensures service standards are met, maintains cleanliness and organization, and contributes to delivering an exceptional guest experience.# JOB DESCRIPTION**Job Title**: F&B Supervisor**Department:** Food & Beverage**Supervision Exercised:** Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Bussers, Food Runners**Supervision Received:** Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant F&B Manager**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS****Education*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.**Experience*** Minimum 1–2 years of food and beverage experience.* Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.* Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus.**Skills and Knowledge*** Strong leadership and communication abilities.* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.* Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.* Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations.* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Strong organizational and team coordination skills.* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.**Job Duties and Responsibilities*** Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).* Assist with training and onboarding new team members.* Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.* Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.* Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.* Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.* Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.* Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.* Assist with opening and closing procedures.* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
