Admininstrative Assistant

Job Overview Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role provides support to the executive, manages and coordinates calendars, schedules appointments, and organizes complex meetings for hospital administrators. The assistant prepares reports and processes confidential correspondence, monitors office supply inventory, and handles incoming/outgoing department mail. Acts as a central point of contact for the department, screening phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting staff, physicians, and patients. Works collaboratively with the Executive Assistant to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately to support the administrative team. Responsibilities This position will handle other duties and/or projects as assigned by the CEO.
