Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position. The chosen candidate will be providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. The facility is known for its excellence in various services including emergency care and surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license to practice in the State of Tennessee.
• Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.
