Captain / Lead Server

We're looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Full-Time Lead Server / Floor Supervisor to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who leads by example, supports the Front of House team, and is passionate about maintaining high service standards.

The responsibilities and level of authority for each shift will depend on whether you are scheduled as a Lead Server or Floor Supervisor .

• Provide exceptional, warm, and attentive service while leading by example.
• Help uphold MIRRA's service, hospitality, and professionalism standards.
• Support team education, training, onboarding, and pre-shift meetings.
• Work alongside leadership to improve and implement Front of House SOPs and systems.
• Provide coaching and support while helping drive consistency and accountability across the team.
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and spirits.

• Run the shift and oversee the overall flow of service.
• Make final decisions regarding sections, cuts, floor assignments, and side work.
• Provide real-time coaching and direction to the team.
• Handle guest recovery and service-related issues.
• Support communication between the Front of House, kitchen, and bar.
• Make operational decisions necessary to ensure a smooth and successful shift.

• Previous full-service restaurant experience and strong hospitality skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A positive, confident, and team-first attitude.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Bartending experience is a plus.
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sundays). Flexible on the weekdays.

• Lead Server shifts: This will be the employee's primary and consistent role. Lead Server shifts are compensated at $16 per hour plus tips .
• Floor Supervisor shifts: These shifts will be scheduled as needed based on business and operational needs and are not guaranteed as part of the regular weekly schedule. Floor Supervisor shifts are compensated at $25 per hour, without tips .
• The employee's responsibilities and compensation will be based on the specific role they are assigned and scheduled to work for that shift.
