Pay & Training

$20.50/hour once on shift
$17.50/hour during training (1st shift: Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm for 2-4+ weeks)

Schedule

6pm - 6am
3-day rotating schedule (12-hour shifts = more days off!)

Position Type

What You'll Be Doing

As a Press Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly:

Operate binding, finishing, and packaging equipment
Set up and fine-tune machines for production runs
Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, etc.)
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs
Support and train team members when needed
Help keep the production floor efficient and on track

What We're Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
Ability to make routine adjustments and operate machinery
Willingness to cross-train and learn new areas
Basic math and computer skills (email, simple graphics, etc.)
Ability to read and understand instructions and safety guidelines
Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently / up to 50 lbs occasionally
