Event Coordinator
The Duce
The Duce is hiring an Event Coordinator! We’re looking for an energetic, organized, detail-driven professional who knows how to make an event feel effortless—even when there are a hundred things happening behind the scenes. The Duce is a unique Phoenix event and entertainment venue in the Warehouse District, hosting everything from corporate events, weddings, fundraisers, and private parties to live shows and large-scale productions.
THE ROLE
EVENT COORDINATOR
The Duce | Phoenix, AZ As Event Coordinator, you’ll help take events from initial planning through event day , working closely with clients, vendors, entertainment, food & beverage, operations, and the Duce team.WHAT YOU’LL DO
Coordinate private events, weddings, corporate events, parties, and special productions Work directly with clients to understand their vision and event needs Manage event timelines, schedules, layouts, vendors, and logistics Coordinate with entertainment, catering, rentals, décor, and production teams Conduct event walkthroughs and assist with setup and breakdown Serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendors on event days Keep events running smoothly from load-in through guest departure Troubleshoot problems quickly and professionally Communicate event details clearly to internal teams Help create memorable experiences that reflect the energy and personality of The DuceWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, venue operations, or event production Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, confident, and personable Resourceful problem-solver who stays calm under pressure Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with clients, vendors, entertainers, and staff Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require Bonus points for experience with weddings, corporate events, live entertainment, catering, or large-scale venue operations.WHY THE DUCE?

It’s a 1928 historic warehouse with indoor and outdoor event spaces, multiple stages, a rooftop lounge, vintage bars, and a capacity that can accommodate everything from intimate celebrations to major productions.
