A loving family in Lynnwood is seeking a dependable nanny to care for their playful 18-month-old twins. They’re looking for someone with experience caring for toddlers and, ideally, multiples. Location: Lynnwood, WA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 p.m. (40 hrs/week) Pay: $25-$35/hour About the Family: The twins are curious, active, and love exploring indoors and outdoors. The family values open communication, consistency, and creativity in daily routines. Responsibilities: Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks Plan fun, engaging activities (sensory play, crafts, outdoor time, reading) Support nap schedules and daily routines Encourage independence and social-emotional growth Light child-related household tasks (tidying toys, dishes, laundry) Qualifications: 2+ years of toddler care experience - multiples experience a plus Strong childcare references CPR certified (or willing to obtain) Dependable, energetic, and organized Perks: Guaranteed 40 hours/week Paid time off + sick leave Legal pay per WA state law If you enjoy caring for busy toddlers and want to grow with a family long-term, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
