As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations, coaching the team, and ensuring that every guest enjoys warm hospitality, outstanding service, and an unforgettable meal.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, full-service environment and is passionate about food, people, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations
• Lead by example in delivering genuine hospitality and maintaining Little Mama's guest-first culture
• Supervise and motivate hourly team members to meet service and quality standards
• Assist in staffing needs including interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor and enforce health, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with county regulations
• Resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
• Contribute to achieving financial goals through labor control, food cost awareness, and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of restaurant leadership experience, in a full-service, high-volume environment
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and team development
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a calm, focused presence
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods (10–12-hour shifts)
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25lbs
• ServSafe Certification a plus

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Weekend availability
