Staff is responsible for identifying and providing intensive home visiting services to eligible families. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, child development, or a related field preferred. Experience in providing parenting services and home visits helpful. Must be able to attend required training in Springfield or Chicago. Requires excellent communication skills.
