On-site Community Manager - LIHTC/HUD Multi-Family

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Cedar Flats in Puyallup, WA. Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations of a multi-family community, maximize cash flow and ensure LIHTC and HUD compliance while delivering excellent resident service.
