What will you do
As the Restaurant Assistant Manager you will assist in guiding the team to create a positive guest its setting the tone for the team when youre in charge or upholding the highest standards of quality safety and cleanliness your crew will count on you.

1. Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
2. Hire train & coach the team
3. Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift every day
4. Implement restaurant controls especially cash & inventory
5. Set and meet restaurant goals for service operations and financial results

Requirements
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
Ability to perform the following motions
