Cardiovascular Care Nurse specializing in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) procedures in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to pediatric congenital heart patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
• Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts per week, days from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Required Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania State board approved Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, with zero years of experience minimum and no specific education or degree requirements.
• Additional Information: The Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory RN provides specialized nursing care to pediatric congenital heart patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care throughout all phases of care. This role collaborates closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, technologists, and multidisciplinary team members. Call is required after one week of orientation, with 12-15 days including two weekends per six-week schedule. Call hours on weekdays are from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM; weekends are 24-hour during assigned weekends. Offsite hospital parking is available for $23 per pay period, and shuttle service is provided.
