We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses find the right insurance solutions while enjoying the flexible option to work remotely and manage your own schedule for Georgia residents. As a multi-carrier agency, you'll have access to a broad portfolio of insurance products, allowing you to provide competitive solutions that increase close rates and earning potential.

• Commission-only compensation with unlimited earning potential & performance bonuses
• Fully remote position for residents of Georgia ONLY
• First-year expected earnings between $40,000- $60,000 with top performers earning up to $90,000
• Paid on renewals

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to individuals, families, and businesses
• Generate and develop new sales prospects
• Gather client information and assess insurance needs
• Present appropriate insurance solutions from multiple carriers
• Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
• Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance or commission-based sales experience preferred
• Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Highly motivated by performance-based earnings
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent computer and technology skills
