Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Ohio Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with COTAs
• Skilled in managing a caseload with fluctuating hours and assessment-driven demands
• Strong communication and organization skills for working across multiple schools

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students at three unique locations, supporting a range of K-12 populations
• Oversee and provide guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), ensuring continuity and excellence of care
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans, with most testing concentrated at the elementary level
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to maximize student participation and success within the school environment
• Document services and progress according to best practices and regulatory standards
