Location: Dallas, TX

Base Salary: $130,000 $140,000

Total Target Compensation: $155,000 $165,000 (Including $25k Target Bonus)

• Own the P&L: Treat this $10M operation like your own. Youll drive profitability through smart strategic planning and aggressive growth initiatives.
• Safety & Fleet Mastery: With a massive fleet on the move, Fleet Safety isn't just a checkbox for youits a culture. Youll oversee compliance and risk management to ensure our teams stay safe and our trucks stay on the road.
• Build the Bench: You arent just managing employees; youre developing the next generation of leaders. You will mentor, train, and inspire a high-performing frontline crew, turning "junk removal" into a world-class customer experience.
• Operational Excellence: From complex scheduling to logistics optimization, youll fine-tune the engine to ensure we are the fastest, cleanest, and most professional service in the Metroplex.
• Home Services Excellence: You understand customer service obsession. Youll optimize scheduling, logistics, and labor to keep us the fastest and most reliable brand in the Metroplex.

Qualifications:

• The Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management ( Masters degree preferred ).
• The Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record in Home Services, Logistics, or Fleet Operations . Youve been in the trenches and know how to scale.
• Fleet Expertise: Specific experience in Fleet Safety and Risk Management .
• The Grit: Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to inspire teams, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation.
