Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation Overview Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN - Fort Worth - Rehab Without Walls Neurorehabilitation Who we are looking for: An experienced OT, seeking a primary therapist role from evaluation to discharge Providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home, school, work, or in the community Treat clients beyond staged environments into real life experiences like cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the workplace You thrive in an autonomous setting and value being part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapists Ideal schedule – 15‑20 hrs/week or more if your schedule allows What you will receive: Flexible schedule created by you Paid per hour (not just per visit) In‑person, 1:1 therapy with indirect services from home (documentation/communication) Continuity of care as the primary therapist from evaluation to discharge Team collaboration & co‑treats Drive time reimbursed at your clinical rate + mileage reimbursement No weekend shifts Educational program access Growth and advancement opportunities Responsibilities What you will do: Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services, and family members Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice Current CPR certification A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist Preferred knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses Effective and professional communication in verbal and written interactions Ability to lift 50 pounds Capacity for moving, lifting, or transferring patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times Health screening or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on location policy and regulations, to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
