Principal Consultant - Solution Architect

• Lead client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
• Conduct thorough analysis of client Quote-to-Cash processes, systems, and challenges
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to optimize pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement QTC solutions and drive project success
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure long‑term success and adoption across the revenue lifecycle
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem to continuously enhance expertise
• Deliver implementations with an AI‑first toolkit for phases of the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in Quote‑to‑Cash, CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Operations consulting or a related field
• Architecture experience with platforms such as Salesforce (Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Billing), Nue.io, BillingPlatform, DealHub, Conga, Zuora, Stripe, or other leading QTC solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically across the full revenue lifecycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
