• Shift: 12-hour shift, 7AM - 7PM or 7PM - 7AM (rotating)
• Hours/Week: 36 hours/week (full-time)
• Employment Type: Contract, W-2
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Nurse Practitioner license in MA, ACLS, BLS
• Experience: 2+ years in critical care or ICU setting

What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced nursing care in the ICU/Critical Care unit
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret diagnostic data, and adjust treatment as needed
• Manage and educate critically ill patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
• Document patient care thoroughly in electronic health records

What You Need:
Required:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• 2+ years of critical care or ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital or teaching hospital setting
• Ability to work flexible shifts and staff rotational schedules
