What You'll Own Customer-centric problem solving. Deeply understand how customers use our product, then translate that understanding into intuitive, elegant frontend experiences. Collaborative product development. Partner closely with Product and Design to shape what gets built. You\'ll have a seat at the table from ideation through delivery. Real-time, collaborative editing. Architect and build a rich document editor with multiplayer collaboration features (think CRDTs, presence indicators, conflict resolution) that feels seamless at scale. High-quality frontend code. What You\'ll Bring 5+ years of production experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, and the broader frontend ecosystem (state management, bundlers, testing frameworks, design systems). You know how to leverage AI for code generation, exploration, debugging, and documentation while applying the deep technical judgment needed to evaluate, refine, and take full ownership of everything you ship. You\'ve worked at an early-stage, product-focused company (ideally Strong product instincts.
