Job Title: Echocardiography Tech

Experience: Minimum of one year of cardiac and vascular sonography experience performing non-invasive lab studies.

License: Registered in vascular technology and registered in echocardiography.

Certifications: BLS, ARDMS-RVT or CCI-RVS, ARDMS-AE and/or ARDMS-PE or CCI-RCS.

Must-Have: Dual certification in echocardiography and vascular technology is required. Must have at least one year of EPIC experience. BLS certification is necessary. Candidates who are not dual certified will not be considered.

Description: The position involves working as an Echocardiography Tech specializing in both echocardiography and vascular technology. Candidates will perform non-invasive lab studies related to cardiac and vascular sonography. Duties include conducting various ultrasound examinations such as 2-D Echo, color Doppler, and bubble studies. Experience in patient care for adult and geriatric populations is essential. The work environment requires adherence to isolation precautions and the use of personal protective equipment. Candidates should be able to conduct studies using different equipment and imaging contrast agents effectively. Flexibility to work rotating schedules during weekdays is expected. Candidates will be expected to deliver high-quality patient care consistent with best practices in the field. Interdisciplinary support may be available within the role.
