Account Executive - Minneapolis, MN - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgical Vision

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Account Executive to drive sales of ophthalmic surgical products, including intraocular lenses and phaco equipment, across the Minneapolis territory. The role combines clinical expertise with consultative selling to build relationships with eye care professionals and achieve assigned sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and achieve territory sales goals for IOLs, phaco systems, and surgical adjuncts
• Provide technical product expertise and in-service training programs to ophthalmologists and clinic staff
• Manage field assets including consigned inventory, product samples, and demonstration equipment within budget
• Prepare sales presentations and financial analyses for new and existing customers
• Coordinate with other Johnson & Johnson sales teams and strategic partners on co-selling initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution or 7 years relevant experience
• 3 years professional sales experience required
• Surgical operating room experience preferred
• Independent work capability and team collaboration skills
• Ability to travel 35-40% including overnight trips
