Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) - Weekend position: Friday, Saturday, Sunday -or- Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Trauma Surgical Services team. The ideal candidate will display proficiency in scrub and circulating roles, particularly in a Level I and Level II Trauma setting, and must possess trauma certification. Experience in robotics, vascular, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries is essential.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing and circulating in surgical cases, particularly related to trauma.
• Providing care in a fast-paced trauma environment.
• Utilizing robotic surgical technology when applicable.
• Collaborating with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhering to hospital protocols and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trauma surgical nursing required.
• Must have trauma certification (TNCC or equivalent).
• BLS, NIHSS certification required.
• Valid Pennsylvania RN license or compact license in hand.
• Experience in robotics (urology) and pulmonary care a plus.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred but not mandatory.
