Law Firm Administrator

Meagher Emanuel Laks Goldberg & Liao, LLP is an intellectual property law firm of eight active attorneys based in downtown Princeton, New Jersey. Applicant needs to have at least 5 years of law firm management/administration experience.
Responsibilities include:
Payroll
Bank account tracking
Invoicing clients for attorney time and costs including via client billing systems
Payments to vendors including via a foreign exchange agent (Corpay)
Payments to partners
Firm finances including payments to firm Amex, Vanguard, medical insurance, and malpractice insurance
Accounting using Quickbooks and providing firm financial information to firm CPA for K1s
IT supervision including GoDaddy, Comcast internet, Foundation IP docketing system, Office 365, and Carbonite
