What You'll Do:

• Provide family-centered quality healthcare in a Level II nursery setting
• Collaborate closely with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists
• Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects
• Support a 6-bed NICU with planned service expansion
• Contribute to patient care and clinical excellence in a team environment
• Engage in best practice sharing with a large network of Pediatrix providers

What You Need:

• Valid neonatologist Certification and license to practice in Virginia
• Prior NICU experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
