Jack in the Box – Team Member: Store 3177 Redlands, CA 92374 – $20.00 – $22.00 / hour Responsibilities Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service, great tasting/quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests by performing one or more workstations in accordance with JIB procedures, systems, and standards, and meeting 20/20 guest expectations. Qualifications Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful. Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be at least 16 years old. Understand and communicate clearly in English. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication). Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. Physical Requirements Stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant. Lift and carry 15-25 lbs. Listen to guests’ orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors.
