Job OverviewA law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its team in Boise, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general litigation, including commercial, labor and employment, environmental, natural resources, and real estate/construction litigation. Duties Engage in complex litigation matters across various practice areas. Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Participate in firm activities and contribute to community initiatives. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in general litigation. Strong academic and legal background. Experience with top-tier law firms preferred. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in Idaho or eligible for admission. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
