Compensation Registered Nurse (RN) Base: $33.00–$35.00 per hour +$0.10 per hour for each verified year of experience, up to 20 years +$0.75 per hour while serving on-call $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Base: $29.00–$31.00 per hour +$0.10 per hour for each verified year of experience, up to 20 years +$0.75 per hour while serving on-call $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Sign-on bonuses are paid over one year. What You'll Do Coordinate the MDS assessment and care planning process Complete accurate and timely MDS assessments and submissions Support reimbursement accuracy and regulatory compliance Monitor quality measures and resident outcomes Assist with survey readiness and clinical documentation Support quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team Provide support and guidance to nursing staff Help maintain high standards of resident-centered care What We're Looking For Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities Interest in nursing leadership and clinical quality Long-term care experience preferred Previous MDS experience preferred, but not required We are willing to train the right candidate Your Next Nursing Role Doesn't Have to Be at the Bedside Monday–Friday.
