Join us and be part of an innovative, forward-thinking global team that is shaping the future of food processing.The Quality Control Inspector will manage and lead quality inspection through all phases of the manufacturing process including final inspection of fully assembled machines. They will partner closely with manufacturing by developing SOPs and quality checks, perform root cause analysis and strategize to find solutions.What You'll Do:Inspect parts and in process, final and fully assembled machines using industry appropriate methods such as comparing to standards, measuring dimension and examining functionality.Perform root cause analysis to identify quality issues and to propose and implement solutions to these issues.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the inspection area.Lead meetings with internal partners and customers to facilitate problem resolution, drive implementation and develop training to resolve quality issues.Maintain non-conforming material system including coordination and disposition. Coordinate resolution with other departments and collaborates with engineering and suppliers to determine disposition of non-conforming part.Calibrate employee owned gages. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. $67,362 - $84,202 per year.
