Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to residents within a skilled nursing facility setting
• Deliver patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a productivity standard of 92% as required by the facility
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (black scrubs)
• Maintain consistent on-site presence during scheduled hours to meet expected weekly hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license — must be valid and in good standing
• Ability to comply with facility policies, procedures, and productivity standards
• Commitment to maintaining consistent on-site attendance throughout the duration of the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and restorative therapy programs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a therapy team
