Custodian Part-time

Accountabilities

• Provide a clean facility for team members. Includes but not limited to General Office and Terminal reception area, building restrooms, classrooms, Driver bunk rooms, lounge/breakrooms, cubicle areas, wall offices, conference rooms, Boardroom and Executive offices.
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform various facility repairs in a fashion that maximizes safety and minimizes costs.
• Maintain and groom Terminal property, including interior and exterior elements to present a positive image.
• Complete all facility related projects in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
• Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
• Demonstrates personal concern for maintaining a safe environment for themselves and others.

• Proper use of powered and non-powered equipment as appropriate to task.

Education, Certifications, & License Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
