This role is designed for a seasoned professional with a verified book of business and a proven ability to close consistently.Responsibilities• Manage and close residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to funding• Coordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless closings• Review title commitments, clear title objections, and prepare accurate settlement statements• Maintain exceptional communication throughout each file• Uphold full compliance with state regulations and People's Title policies• Strengthen and grow your existing client relationships through continued service excellenceRequirements• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Escrow Officer• Existing book of business required• Must provide proof of production for the past 12 months• Must average 15-25 files per month• Strong command of title procedures and closing processes• Excellent communication skills and detail-driven mindset• Ability to resolve complex or ambiguous title issues with confidence• Independent performer with a team-oriented spiritA culture built on hospitality, excellence, and high performanceIf you are ready to bring your business to a company that matches your capability and ambition, we would like to speak with you.
