Position Summary

Business Systems Analyst (BSA)_ creating executive-level meeting materials

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong Business Analysis background and proven experience in developing executive-level presentations, leadership updates, and meeting materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create executive presentations, status reports, leadership updates, and steering committee materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to support strategic initiatives and solution development.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, requirements, and technology solutions.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in preparing executive-level presentations and meeting content.
• Solid understanding of system integration concepts, data flows, interfaces, and cross-functional processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation, integration, or strategic business initiatives.
• Experience supporting senior leadership, governance forums, and executive decision-making processes.
