As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Services in Baytown, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response support appropriate to an industrial chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, suspicious activity, or operational concerns according to post instructions.
• Support Allied Universal and site protocols by maintaining detailed logs, writing clear incident reports, and communicating relevant updates during shift changes and routine operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
