Compensation and Benefits

Hiring Salary:$4166.67/month

• This is a full-time non-exempt position.

Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Compliance & Student Services reports to the Director of Compliance assists with the day-to-day operations of the compliance office and supports student-athlete development initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• Knowledge of:
  • Computer office systems and ability to use a broad range of technology systems and software packages (Microsoft Office Suite Google Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of NCAA Bylaws.
  • Working knowledge of CAi LSDBi and Eligibility Center CAPS.
• Ability to:
  • Interpret apply and communicate program rules and regulations.
  • Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects under competing deadlines and maintain flexibility in response to constantly shifting priorities.
  • Work a flexible schedule including some evening and weekend hours.
  • Make appropriate independent judgments when applying existing rules procedures and guidelines in a variety of circumstances.

Education and Experience

• A Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Experience working in Division I intercollegiate athletics.
• Previous experience with various Teamworks platforms (e.g. Hub ComplianceRecruiting)
