Steady Day Shift Day shift - Monday-Friday schedule with the following start time:
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. No Nights. No Weekends required. No Holidays. Benefits Package We offer:

Clean, Organized Facility Work in our 44,000 sq. ft. facility, which is clean, bright, and well-organized - without the grease, grime, or noise you'll find in many factories. On-the-Job Training We'll train you to use a variety of tools and machines, and teach you how to work with wood veneer. No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn. Never been a layoff in nearly 40 years of operation! *(except during covid shutdown)
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Associate, you will:
- Follow step-by-step instructions
- Learn multiple machines and processes
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds and repetitive work.
- Requires some Hand-Eye Coordination and Gross Motor skills.
- Stand for 8 hour shift while operating machines.
This is a hands-on job that requires focus, precision, moderate physical activity, and a positive attitude.
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level or experienced - we'll train you
- Machine operator experience 6 months or so, or similar (ex: fast food, short order cook, etc.)
- Shows up on time and ready to work every day
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
- Willing to work on large industrial machinery
