Mid-Level Counsel: Software Licensing & Commercial Contracts

Cytel

Cytel is seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal guidance on software licensing, SaaS agreements, and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of legal experience, a Juris Doctor degree, and strong negotiation skills.
