Social Content Creator

The Social Content Creator supports the development and execution of social-first content across TikTok and Instagram for our intimates brands. This role will play a critical part in building platform-native content from the ground up, with a higher volume and faster cadence for our intimate brands as it grows its direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This role also owns the setup and management of social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop, ensuring content is seamlessly connected to product and optimized to support awareness, traffic and conversion. Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, and E-commerce teams, this role blends creative execution with performance thinking—developing content that not only engages but drives measurable business impact. Responsibilities: Partner closely with the Social Media Manager to execute the social content strategy, supporting day-to-day content development and platform growth two brands Create, produce, and edit high-performing, platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging formats, developing differentiated content approaches by brand and platform to reflect the unique audiences, identities, and objectives of True & Co and Warners Execute a higher-volume content cadence for True & Co to support the DTC launch and growth, while maintaining consistent support for Warners Own the setup, optimization, and ongoing management of TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop, including product tagging, merchandising, and integration across social content Translate trends into on-brand content that drives relevance, traffic, and sales Integrate product linking and in-platform shopping features to create a seamless path to purchase Partner with E-commerce and Marketing teams, in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, to align content with DTC priorities, product launches, and promotional moments Capture and produce content for campaigns, launches, and brand moments, including on-site shoots as needed Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Creative team (and Ecommerce as needed) to execute content calendars and identify real-time and reactive opportunities Contribute to content planning by bringing forward trend, audience, performance, and conversion insights Track and report on content and commerce performance, sharing insights and optimization recommendations with the Social Media Manager to support ongoing DTC growth Support UGC, influencer, and advocate content pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of content for organic and paid use Maintain organized content libraries and ensure all assets align with brand voice and visual identity Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in social content creation, preferably within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brands (intimates category experience a plus) Strong expertise in short-form video production and editing for TikTok and Instagram Experience with or understanding of TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop, including product tagging, merchandising, and shoppable content Strong understanding of social commerce and how content, creators, and product merchandising can drive business results Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, culture, and performance drivers Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma and AI Tools. Experience with UGC, influencer, or affiliate content a plus Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills Understanding of the relationship between copy, creative, and performance Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Airtable a plus) Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and build processes Annual salary range starting at $85,000+ The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
