Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Perks Shift: 3/2/2 Night Shift | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Weekly paycheck Pay: $30.00 Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and industrial automation systems to minimize downtime. Perform preventive maintenance activities, identify critical spare parts, and support equipment reliability and performance improvements. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, safety interlocks, and regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to production associates, assist with SOP updates, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and PPI programs. Requirements High School Diploma required; Technical Certification or advanced education in a technical or scientific field preferred. 3-5 years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting automated production equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills with motors, sensors, servos, pneumatics, electronics, and industrial automation systems. Proficient with hand and power tools, Microsoft Office applications, and maintenance management systems (CMMS); ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of industrial environments.
