Southern Health Partners is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Medical Team Administrator (MTA) at the Sawyer County Jail in Wisconsin.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who wants to use their clinical skills in a structured, secure environment while taking ownership of the day-to-day healthcare needs of the facility.
You'll provide hands-on patient care while helping coordinate daily medical services, documentation, communication, and clinical operations.
And the schedule is refreshingly straightforward:
Monday through Friday. Eight-hour days. No rotating hospital units.

What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the correctional healthcare setting
- Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
- Coordinate the daily delivery of healthcare services
- Communicate with healthcare providers and facility personnel regarding patient needs
- Help ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
- Assist with chronic care, sick call, and other routine healthcare services
- Follow established healthcare policies, procedures, and standards
- Help coordinate appointments, follow-up care, and other patient healthcare needs
- Take ownership of day-to-day clinical responsibilities within the facility
