As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team's mission to improve the lives of these individuals. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Toms River, NJ. As an RBT at True Progress Therapy, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavioral interventions and strategies with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include: Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in a one-on-one setting with children, as directed by the BCBA Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress Assisting with skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Collaborating with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans Maintaining accurate records of client progress and session notes Requirements 1+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., ABA, education, or healthcare) Initial RBT training and certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , with flexible scheduling (part-time position) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate : $25 - $28 per hour Opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of ABA therapy Collaborative and supportive work environment with a dedicated team of professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr True Progress Therapy
