Solo CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

Pay that grows with you. Solo drivers average about $65,000-$85,000 per year, starting at $0.55CPM with automatic raises every 6 months up to $0.60CPM.*
Extra pay that stacks up fast. Earn up to $0.15CPM < in monthly safety and performance incentives, plus stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay-your time always counts.*
Strong starts and big bonuses. New OTR hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on/stay bonus (through 6/30; terms apply) and earn $800 for completing the driver orientation qualification process.*
Easy freight, driver-friendly policies. Run 99% no-touch freight, bring a pet or passenger along.

Team CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

Pay that grows with you. Team drivers average $97,000-$126,000 gross per year with a $0.75CPM base.*
Extra pay that stacks up fast. Earn up to $0.15CPM in monthly safety and performance incentives, plus stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay-your time always counts.*
Strong starts and big bonuses. New OTR hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on/stay bonus (through 6/30; terms apply) and earn $800 for completing the driver orientation qualification process.*
